Actimagine

Actimagine (pronounced /ˈɑk t̬ə mə ˌdʒin/) is a French company that develops video and vector graphics display software. The company focuses on the consumer electronics and telecom industries, and has patented its low-power video codecs and DRM technology. Its headquarters are located in Paris, and it has branches in Tokyo, Singapore, and the United States.
Some of its notable customers include Nintendo, Sony Pictures Digital, and Fisher-Price. Nintendo licensed Actimagine's video codecs for the Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS video game consoles, used by popular games such as Square Enix's Final Fantasy III; Fisher-Price used them for its Pixter Multi-Media educational toy. Sony Pictures Digital and The Carphone Warehouse used Actimagine's software to deliver TV-like full length movies on smart phones.
André Pagnac, the company's CEO, obtained his Computer Science degree from Toulouse Institut Polytechnique. He previously worked at as general manager for A&P Media Singapore. Actimagine's COO, Antonio Cavaliere, earned an MBA from New York University and a Masters in Economy from Naples University.
