This image, Afuganisu-tan-cover.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (BlckKnght) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution copy of a book cover;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the book in any way;
the cover image improves the article by showing the title character;
the cover image improves the article by demonstrating the artistic style of the comic;
no free images are likely to exist that could be used in place of this image.
