Air Turquoise
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Air Turquoise was a French airline founded June 21, 2005. They flew a single 44-seat ATR 42-500s (D-BRRR). On June 28, 2006, the airline moved its operations from Reims airport to Vatry International Airport to allow a shorter check in time in a spacious, air conditioned airport terminal.
The airline appears to be experiencing financial problems -- all flights were suspended from 19th July 2006 onwards -- and has been put into liquidation. Its operational capacity were retained until 31st July, in the hope that a new investor would come forward. On 2 August 2006, the company ceased its activities.
