ALPHONSE RAGUSA was born on August 2, 1981 at Albert Einstein Hospital in the Bronx, NY. Growing up in Throggs Neck and after attending Cardinal Spellman H.S., Alphonse went on to Fordham University where he attained a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science.
While working in the College's Duplicating Center throughout his time at Fordham and as a technical/teacher's assistant at Westchester Community College, he obtained technical and customer relations experience.
After taking the summer of 2003 to travel Alphonse began work at Ziff Davis Media in the PC Magazine Labs in January 2004. There, he worked extensively with database/inventory work, benchmark testing of computer products and shipping/receiving. He also had several product reviews published in the well-respected magazine and website. After accepting an offer from A.S.C.A.P. in February 2005 for a Systems Rep. Position, Alphonse now does database and general systems support for the non-profit's T.V. Department.
Career aspirations for the 25 year old include becoming a Director of IT for a small to medium-sized tech company or becoming a world famous writer. He also dreams of opening his own panini shoppe.
In his spare time, Alphonse enjoys reading, writing, learning about history, discussing politics, playing softball, and watching baseball and football.
