Victor IV, the former Cardinal Octavianus (Ottaviano Crescenzi Ottaviani of Monticelli), was known as the Ghibelline antipope. He was elected in 1159, and countenanced by the emperor Barbarossa (1152–90). He died at Lucca on April 20, 1164.
