[edit] April 2005
While the current revision is indeed nonsense, the revision dated 23 Feb '05 http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ant_and_Dec&oldid=12996565 is not, surely the page should be reverted rather than deleted.

[edit] Style
It is referred to Ant & Dec as "Lads". Wikipedia isn`t a supporters site, right? The Articel needs another style.
[edit] Roman Catholics
This article is in the catgeory "Roman Catholics". Could we therefore have a mention in the article that A&D are Roman Catholics, with a source please? And clarify whether they both are, or just one, and if only one, which one? SP-KP 08:50, 4 December 2005 (UTC)
I'm not sure but I think Dec once wanted to be a priest, but I don't know if Ant is a Catholic --Ruddyell 15:00, 26 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Catholic
from this guardian interview: here it states Declan is a practising catholic, it does not state about Ant.
Since the Guardian article only states that Declan Donnelly is a Roman Catholic, I moved that information to his individual wikipedia article. Why is this information relevant? Does religion play an important role in Donnelly's professional life? Most wikipedia articles do not cite people's religion. 31 January 2006.
[edit] they r ACE!!!
ant n deck r ACE!!!!!
Hmm... and they like many, many exclaimation marks.
[edit] Link to Poker Face
I don't know how to edit links, but the link for Poker Face needs to be removed/edited. It links to an article about a Japanese pop single, not the TV show to which it should. Can someone sort it please? Thanks.
[edit] Who are these people?
'In 2005, as part of the ITV Network's 50th birthday celebrations, they were back on television fronting Ant & Dec's Gameshow Marathon, a celebration of some of ITV's most enduring gameshows from the past 50 years. They also met youngsters like Ingrid Tamuyeye, Doja Atanda and Daniella Ashaju.'
Who are these 'youngsters' and what is the relevance of Ant and Dec meeting them? There is no reference or link or explanation as to who they are or why they are mentioned.FlubClub 21:47, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
- Doja Atanda appears to be a young athlete of limited notability, but the others appear to have no existence whatsoever outside of mirrors of Wikipedia, or of Bebo (I can't tell whether Bebo copied this article or vice versa). Whatever, they do not appear to have any relevance to Ant & Dec whatsoever, so I'm removing the sentence. -- Arwel (talk) 15:06, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Awful Article
I have to say, this article is in a bad way. It was full of "rumours" and "speculation". I just removed a part about them being homosexual, for instance. Please can someone keep an eye on this? 82.163.37.99 01:45, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
- I agree with you. The "Trivia" section is full of "citation needed"s. If nobody provides any cites within a week or two, chop them all out. -- Arwel (talk) 01:54, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Trivia
I'm new to wikipedia and don't want to go straight in and edit pages, but; "In September 2006, they were voted by the general public as number 6 in a poll of TV's Greatest Stars" is incorrect, they were #7. Sources: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0884746/trivia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TV's_50_Greatest_Stars (The line should also link to this page directly) Gryphon5 11:10, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
- Be bold in updating pages. --Geniac 12:51, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
