Hiya, I'm Jill and I like finding out about stuff and improving articles in my spare time.

I'm newish to Wikipedia and welcome any advice or feedback (as long as it's not too harsh!). I'm happy to try to help anyone else out.

If you can improve my userpage layout (eg by making my userbox box layout look tidier) then please do. Please leave a note to say what you changed so I can find your edit easily if I want to make a similar change myself later. Alternatively please point me to somewhere where I can find out for myself. Thank you!

If I have accidentally added something to my userpage that isn't appropriate for Wikipedia then please let me know and I'll remove it. I'm trying to stick to Wikiquette, but there's so much to learn and I'm still a newbie!

Please don't add or remove anything from this page - unless I've been naughty and accidentally broken a Wikipedia rule or made a silly typo.

Believe it or not it took me ages to make this page look even just this good. I'd prefer it not to suggest I'm a heteroflexible mutant aeroplane from Venus. Not that I think there's anything wrong with those who are - in fact some of my closest friends are Venusian heteroflexible aeroplanes with mutant tendancies.

I use local dilect and colloquialisms on my userpage, but I avoid them in articles so please leave them be. :o) My writing style is totally relaxed here. This is a place where I can write without being too anal.
