Council of Chalcedon says that it was the Emperor Marcian taking office (after Theodosius II, who was against Flavian) who brought Flavian's body back to Rome. JoshNarins 23:18, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

to Archbishop Flavian of Constantinople, as Constantinple was only raised to Patriarchate at Chalcedon in 451. --InfernoXV 18:31, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
