Talk:Armagh (constituency)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
- Following discussions amongst persons interested in Irish political history the consensus was that Irish constituencies of the same name, in various legislative bodies, should have a single 'Whatever (constituency)' article. See List of Irish constituencies. This does cut across the attempt to produce uniform (UK Parliament constituency) articles.
- I have attempted to leave (UK Parliament constituency) articles in place for current and recent seats and provide links to a corresponding (constituency) article for earlier versions, see for example North Antrim (UK Parliament constituency) and Antrim North (constituency).
- I have left the existing Armagh (UK Parliament constituency) article substantially unchanged apart from a link to the Armagh (constituency) article.
