Company cannot be verified via Google or IMDB. Article lists quite a few people who share the same last names. That and the discription of the films makes this seem like home made films. There is a Studio Velasco, but that is an art gallery for a painter. There is also an associated AfD for Jorge Andres Ruiz de Somocurcio which is one of the actors listed on this page.
