Avion Films (Commercial Production Company)
Company History Avion Films was founded in 1994. They are a film production company that makes TV commercials. In the past twelve years they have produced hundreds of spots using agency creative from around the world.
Currently lead by principals Paola Lazzeri and Michael Schwartz who each have over 20 years of commercial production experience. Avion has produced everything from top level advertising to the cult classic "Truth in Advertising". [1], [2] This short film by Avion director Tim Hamilton [4] was short listed at Cannes Film Festival in 2001.[5]
They are considered one of the leading commercial film companies in the world. Avion has placed among the top ten commercial production houses at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival. [source]

Avion produced commercials have received trophies from all of the major award shows, including cannes, the Clio Awards and the marketing awards.[3] They have also been mentioned in the Boards magazine annual "Production Company of the Year" article:
- Avion also savored widespread international success with Martin Granger's "History" and "Greeting Cards" for Bud Light, which won top honors at Cannes, Kinsale and the Bessies, among others.[6]
