Benozzo di Filipuccio (1389 - 1443) was an Italian painter.

He studied in Florence in 1410 and after studying Theology, he became priest. His religious paintings inspired numerous painters: numerous altarpieces, immense surfaces covered with frescos. He was also a scientist, he published an Astronomy treatise, which is lost nowadays
