Betty Taucher

Mrs. Betty Taucher is a poet and author. Her works can be seen in the book Kalaidescope, as well as many popular poetry sites. Her work was featured in the June 2006 edition of Rooftop Sessions, as part of a Beatles related issue.
Betty teaches junior high as her day job, and writes poetry in her spare time. Some of her loves are Oreos, John Lennon and the rest of the Beatles, and Abraham Lincoln. Mrs. Taucher has previously been politically active, including campaigning for the voting age to be lowered to 18 years of age during the Vietnam War. She is married, with two children. She enjoys dressing up as famous political figures, and is creative in her approach to enlighten the students, and to teach them information.
Mrs. T, as she is known at the school, is an avid follower of the NFL's Chicago Bears. She is high energy woman and is a very religious-orieneted human.
