Now it seems as though this image has come from a Canadian server to witch the copyright law does apply.
If this were an American rendering of the Canadian coat of arms than you would be correct that the law does not apply, but because of the way it was obtained you are wrong.
That should apply tpo all national symbols. Knoss February 21, 2006
Isn't the circular latin wreath "Desire the betterment of their country?" only part of the seal in the Order of Canada?
