Billy Kenny (born 19 September 1973 in Liverpool, England) is a former professional footballer. Kenny was a teen sensation when made his debut with Everton F.C. aged 19 in the 1992–93 season. In total he made 22 appearances (17 in the league) and scored one goal before injury and eventual ruin struck. By most accounts Kenny started taking drugs and went "off the rails". He was sacked by Everton the following year.
Oldham Athletic took him on, but his personal problems simply continued and he was released after making only four appearances. Kenny can now be seen plying his trade in non-league football where he has played for a variety of clubs.
