- It's usually translated into Spanish as junta. It appears in the names of institutions such as the provincial parliaments of Biscay, Alava and Guipuscoa: Arabako, Bizkaiko, eta Gipuzkoako Biltzar Nagusiak, meaning literally "General Assembly of" the corresponding province.
This is wrong. The parliaments of Biscay and Guipuscoa are Batzar Nagusiak, not biltzar. --Error 02:23, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
