Talk:Bishop of St Asaph
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Clicking on the name "William Beveridge" brings you a page not about the BISHOP Beveridge but about an altogether different, and much later, William Beveridge.
[edit] Redundancy
This page and Diocese_of_St_Asaph contain much of the same content. Suggestions? TSP 02:55, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
- I would suggest that in all such instances both a Diocese and a Bishop article are valid (i.e. they should not be merged). The Diocese article should contain information specific to the history and geography etc. of the diocese whilst the Bishop article should contain information specific to the history and status of that particular office. I also feel that a decision needs to be made to standardise the Bishop articles. At present some have the list of incumbents within the page and some have a separate page for the list of incumbents. --JohnArmagh 07:04, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
