Black 'N Blue
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Black 'N Blue were a glam metal band featuring singer Jaime St. James, guitarist Tommy Thayer, guitarist Jeff Warner, bassist Patrick Young, and drummer Pete Holmes.[1] They were expected by many to be “the next big thing” but, despite having a loyal fan base, they never broke through commercially.[2]

[edit] History
The band formed in 1981 out of Portland, Oregon. They moved to Los Angeles in 1982 and released their self-titled debut album on Geffen Records in 1984. They release four albums under this label, but none were notably successful. Black 'N' Blue broke up in 1989.[1]. Their song "Nature Of The Beach" appeared on the soundtrack for the film "Vision Quest" (also known as "Crazy for You") and also appeared as the B-side to the Madonna single "Gambler" from the same movie.
