Roberto Jose Hatton (born in October 11, 1976 in Ponce) is a Puerto Rican professional basketball player. Hatton has played in the NCAA and the National Superior Basketball League of Puerto Rico (BSN) with San German Athletics, and Ponce Lions. Hatton has also played internationally in Portugal, Russia, Mexico, and France. Hatton was a member of the 2004 Puerto Rican National Basketball Team and 2006 Puerto Rican National Basketball Team in the 2006 Basketball World Championship.

Hatton, better known as Bobby Joe spent his college years playing for Marist College, in Poughkeepsie, NY. He has played professionally in the National Superior Basketball League of Puerto Rico since 1994. Hatton has been a member of Puerto Rican National Basketball Team since 2003. Most noteably the 2004 Puerto Rican National Basketball Team that defeated the United States in the 2004 Olympic Games
