The Bolaang Mongondow language (also called simply Mongondow) is spoken in the district (Kabupaten) of Bolaang Mongondow in North Sulawesi (Celebes), Indonesia. An interesting characteristic of the language cannot pronounce the letter l, so it is spoken a somewhat like r instead.
