Brain Builder Group

During May 1989 at the interdisciplinary Starlab in Brussels, Belgium, Europe, Hugo de Garis wrote a paper in Revue Internationale de Philosophie in 1990. By 1997, he had set up shop in Kyoto, Japan, where he led the Brain Builder Group at the Advanced Telecommunications Research Lab.
