Bretterkeller
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The "Bretterkeller" is a small waterfall of the Sill River with a height of appr. 5 m. It is located at the bottom of the Paschberg in the city area of Innsbruck.
[edit] Accessibleness
He is exactly by the Paschberg motorway. If you wander through the Sill Canyon you will see it on the right side. If you take Streetcar Line 6 or Line 1 you will get in 7 minutes to the waterfall.
[edit] Dangers
There were people ever and again who wanted to go down the waterfall and were nearly killed. Although the relatively low height there are streams before the fall which whip the water of the Sill until the edge of the mountain. Around the basin there are also several larger razor-sharp rocks.
[edit] Travel routes
From the Bretterkeller you can wander to Igls, Lans or Mutters through the Sill Canyon where you can still enjoy nearly untouched nature.
