The screenshot should qualify for fair use on Unix Amiga Emulator article in case it is used in a quotation-like manner to document and comment on the software in question.

Furthermore, the software itself is under GNU General Public License, as is the X11 window manager used here (Window Maker), the Clearlooks GTK+ theme likewise; the GTK+ GUI toolkit is under Lesser General Public License.
