Eastern Eyre Football League

The Eastern Eyre Football League (EEFL) is an Australian rules football competition based in the Eyre Peninsula region of South Australia, Australia. It is a affiliated member of the South Australian National Football League. In 2006 Cowell Football Club were premiers, defeating Cleve Football Club.[1]

The Kimba Districts Football League and the County Jervois Football League merged in 1989 to form the Eastern Eyre Football League. The clubs competing at the time included Cleve, Cowell, Darke Peake-Wadikee, Kimba Districts, Ports (which was a new club resulting from the merger of Arno Bay and Port Neill clubs) and Rudall.
