Although this image, Ethelbert_blatter2.jpg, may be subject to copyright, I (Fowler&fowler«Talk» 07:07, 13 December 2006 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- the image will be used only in the Wikipedia biography Ethelbert Blatter as an illustration.
- Images of Ethelbert Blatter are not available in the public domain.
