It should be possible to replace this fair use image with a freely licensed one. If you can, please do so as soon as is practical.

This is, of course, not acceptable when you would be dealing with humans who are exploited, see "Ethical Considerations". In how far the exploitation of animals can be justified and in how far it cannot be justified or doesn't need to be considered exploitation at all is left to your personal ethics. People are often satisfied with not being able to observe what they would consider unethical. This is, of course, an invalid argument. If you pay for something you consider unethical it doesn't matter much if you did observe it or not it is sufficient that you would have been able to imagine it and prevent it to make your actions unethical.¹
