This page is an attempt to split List of French artists and artistic movements, which I originated, into manageable and meaningful groups, and to give some cohesion to the French art section through a template. So far I have put the art history content of the previous site into separate articles, but the task is still incomplete. This Main Page will give a general over view to the topic.
