Front Mission 2 (フロントミッション セカンド Furonto Missho Sekando?) is a tactical role-playing game for the Sony PlayStation developed and published by Square Co., Ltd. and released in Japan. It is the second game in the core Front Mission storyline.
This release in the series was infamous for its absurd loading time, causing a player to wait upwards of 20 seconds for a battle animation to begin, something which could happen nearly a hundred times in a battle. This is thought to be one of the possible reasons for never having received a localization.[citation needed]
