Gabriel Iglesias

Comedian Gabriel Iglesias was born on July 15,1976 in Chula Vista, California. He is best known for his loud shirts and clean animated style of comedy. He has made several guest appearances on such television shows as The Tonight Show, The Late Late Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Showtime at the Apollo, Que Locos and 2 of his own specials on Comedy Central one of which was voted half hour "special of the year for 2003". In 2000, he was a series regular for season 6 of All That on Nickelodeon. In 2006, Iglesias was a finalist in the fourth season of "Last Comic Standing" where he was eliminated for using a cellphone and BlackBerry in violation of the contest agreement. In 2006, Iglesias opened for comedian Jim Gaffigan at the University of Florida's student-run pep rally, Gator Growl. Iglesias has done a couple of independent films and voice over work for Disney. His most recent project was a one hour special called Hot & Fluffy set to air July 2007.
