Rather than merging I think "Geometric Period" should be redirected to "Geometric Style", since the former leaves a lot to be desired from an encyclopedia article and contains nothing that isn't in "Geometric style" or the pages it links to. Twospoonfuls 08:24, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
- After looking at both articles from the standpoint of a non-expert, I did the merge by the cut'n'paste method; the text actually contained very little overlapping information. Both are very lacking because they don't cite sources - which means that I have no possibility of verifying which is more correct. --Alvestrand 15:57, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
