Gilvas Barelo is an NPC (non-player character), in the game, Morrowind, set in the fictional island of Morrowind.

Gilvas Barelo is the abbot of Holamayan Monastery, a dissident faction bent against the Tribunal Temple. He has summarized the Apographa, and has given the Nerevarine letters written by him.

Gilvas Barelo is an integral character of the main quest, and the game cannot be won without him.
