[edit] About Gordon Bonnar
I am a 25 year old male born in Camrose, Alberta, Canada raised in Harrington, Québec, Canada and I currently reside in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I’ve been interested in technology and computers since I was a child. I’ve worked with GNU/Linux since as long as I can remember. I’m been interested in any scripting and programming language I can get my hands on. I currently enjoy Perl for text-processing and database work, PHP for dynamic webpage building, and C++ for running mathematical simulations. I’ve been interested in web design and web standards since about 2001.
[edit] Wikipedian History
I only recently (2005-12-15) got interested in working on the Wikipedia. Until then, I was always wary of touching the pages. After reading the tutorial I was able to get on my feet and start making some minor spelling and grammar edits. Hopefully I will be able to help keep Wikipedia be the wonderful resource I have found it to be over the past few years.
The first page I edited was to correct some glaring grammatical errors in the Haifa Wehbe page. This first edit was completed as an anonymous user on 2005-12-12 at 17:13:12 EST. It was the first time I had the courage to make an edit to any page here. After that, I knew I had to make an account and start working.
