Graham Moss (born 14 May 1950) is a former Australian rules footballer playing in both the West Australian Football League and the (then) Victorian Football League.
He played for the Essendon Football Club from 1973 to 1976, when his career was cut short by a knee injury. Before coming to Essendon, he had a successful career at the Claremont Football Club in the WAFL. Essendon had attempted to lure him to the east many times before finally succeeding for the 1973 season. He played in the ruck throughout his career. Moss returned to Claremont from 1977, and has commented that his return from Essendon to Claremont was made easy by the fact the VFL and WAFL were of similar standard.[1]
The Graham Moss Medal has been awarded to the best on ground in WAFL State of Origin matches from 1995.
In 1996 Moss was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame. In 2004 he was inducted into the WA Football Hall of Fame and elevated to the status of Legend in 2006.
