Grayvoron (Russian: Гра́йворон) is a town in Belgorod Oblast, Russia, located on the shores of the Vorskla (a tributary of the Dnieper) and Grayvoronka Rivers. It is the administrtative center of Grayvoronsky District. Population: 6,000 (2005 est.); 6,196 (2002 Census); 5,992 (1989 Census).
Grayvoron sloboda was founded on August 5, 1678. The settlement was granted town status in 1838. It is the birth place of the Russian engineer and inventor Vladimir Shukhov.
