[edit] MotoGP rider is more notable
There is apparently a motoGP rider with the same name [1]. Google seems to indicate that the MotoGP rider is more notable. LinaMishima 19:24, 4 August 2006 (UTC) Given the fact that after twenty pages of google results almost exclusively about the motoGP rider, and all results about the musician were non-notable, I propose that this article as-is should be deleted and instead focused on the motoGP rider. I have been unable to find sufficient references to strengthen this article, even though the musician is clearly somewhat notable (as is touring the UK). Any thoughts? [edit] Procedure for references who have the same name
There is precedent for people who have the same name. As one example, Ben Johnson the runner is noted as "Ben Johnson (Runner)" to show the difference between him and the painter Ben Johnson. I've checked the citations for both Grant Langstons on Google. The first link is the motorcyclist. the second and third are the musician. Then they mix up with the motorcyclist having far more links on the subsequent pages, due mostly to press clippings posted on fan sites. I suggest that we notate the differences with "Grant Langston (Musician)" and "Grant Langston (Motorcyclist)". It seems wrong to me to omit a reference based solely on fan site popularity.
