The Green Bay Blizzard is a professional arena football team, based at the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. They play in the East Division of the American Conference in the af2, the minor league of the Arena Football League. The team's logo represents Bruiser, the team mascot. The team's cheerleaders are known as the Green Bay Freeze.

[edit] Trivia
- Despite being billed as the "Green Bay Blizzard", the Resch Center, where they play, is actually located in Ashwaubenon. However, one only needs to cross the street behind the Resch Center to be in Green Bay.
- The Green Bay Blizzard earned their first division title on Friday, July 28, 2006 by defeating the Louisville Fire, 54-53.
- The Blizzard managed to get their first-ever playoff game win on Saturday, August 12, 2006 in a 67-50 home win against the-then defending champion Memphis Xplorers.
- The Blizzard advanced to their very-first Arena Cup appearance in franchise history by winning over the Florida Firecats 60-47 on Saturday, August 19, 2006.
