[edit] No mention of Gwent being part of England at one time
I have noticed that this article has missed out the minor fact that Gwent (Monmouthshire) was at one time part of England but after World War Two was handed over to Wales as England "didn't want it". For some odd reason neither did the Welsh wanted it either, but the area was handed over to Wales and become a Welsh county. (You can refer to any pre-World War Two map of the United Kingdom and any wartime map also, the other data came from World War Two books and other books from that time).
