Héctor Zelaya

Héctor Ramón Zelaya Rivera (born July 12, 1957) is a retired Honduran football player.
Nicknamed 'Pecho de Águila', he played in midfield for Club Deportivo Motagua. Zelaya is most famous for his goal against Spain at the 1982 FIFA World Cup, putting the "Catrachos" 1-0 up against the hosts in Valencia in their first game. Eventually, Spain needed a penalty to equalise against the minnows.
