Hail Mary is a traditional Roman Catholic prayer or song. It may also refer to:
- The Hail Mary pass in American football, a play in which the quarterback throws the ball as far downfield as possible; usually made in desperation towards the end of a game. There are similar usages in other fields, such as a "Hail Mary shot" in photography. [1]

- Hail Mary (Makaveli song), a song from American hip hop artist Tupac Shakur's 1996 album The Don Killuminati: 7 Day Theory,
