District 9 Albro Lake - Harbourview is one of 23 Halifax Regional Council districts of the Halifax Regional Municipality Nova Scotia . The area covers the former wards of 4 and 5 of the former city of Dartmouth and it includes the provincial electorial riding of Dartmouth North .
