Harborview is a medium-sized neighborhood in Baltimore, Maryland, located next to Berkshire and O'Donnell Heights. Some of the neighborhood rests over the Baltimore City line, as some is within County limits.
Harborview is a somewhat quiet neighborhood, which is sadly plauged with crime such as theft and assault. For the "marine aware", it includes a high-rise residential building and a marina, all just downstream from Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
