[edit] Picture
The picture is above the text, not in a box, and positioned on the left, at least for me. If someone could change this it would make the article look a lot better. A better picture of the Doors would also be better but isnt necessary. LordFenix 21:07, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Move
Heaven (nightclub) is more consistent with Wikipedia naming conventions, and already has a link on the Heaven dab page. Unless the official name of the business is verifiably "Heaven nightclub" verbatim, I think it should be moved. - Draeco 06:40, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
I think that's a good idea
- Moved. —Nightstallion (?) Seen this already? 08:28, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
The phrase contains many pejorative terms and is very unencylopedic. Do wikipedians really want to hear the author's comments that heaven continues with its "legendary sound"?
Do wikipedians want to hear about where a relatively unkown DJ has emigrated to? Is this important to the main article. If the author finds it that important that "wayne G" is mentined in such detail, should he not create an article on him?
And the audacity of the DJs section. It says something along the lines of a DJ leaving Heaven and going to a "hithero unknown club". That section reads like the rantings of a disgruntled employee if ever I heard it. There are an estimated 400,000 gay men in London, did all of them go to this club? This section is in urgent need of revision / deletion
The VIP lounge Does this part of the article "out" famous people? How important is it to state the price of membership? Surely a simple link to the website would be enough? It reads like an advert
'Too many red links' Wikipedia is not intended to be a directory of every living person in the world. Subsequent edits of this page even provide links for employees of the club. They are no more relavent to Wikipedians than regional managers of K-mart
[edit] Removed Tags
Hi, I have partially wikified the article and removed the tags. 80.189.6.186 14:48, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Land of Oz
It's my understanding that the Land of Oz nights were held at Heaven. This club night was very important in the early history of ambient house music; The Orb were born from these sessions and The KLF's Chill Out album has its roots there (named the 5th greatest "dance" music album of all time by Mixmag).
As such, it would be great (if not essential) if this article had a section on that club night. Can anyone help? --kingboyk 13:21, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Talking Heads reference
The claim that David Byrne referenced the club as the inspiration behind the song of the same name needs referencing - highly implausible to my ear! 80.189.142.131 09:29, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
