Coming from such places as Haiti, Brooklyn New York, Michigan, Houston, Atlanta, Miami, Heatrock is an Independent Hip-Hop group movement, and an Independent Entertainment Corporation based in Brooklyn New York that consists of a versatile, skilled, and talented cast of characters with different styles, getting together as one to form & expand the Heatrock camp group.
Heatrock aka Heatrock Entertainment Inc. is a Hip-Hop organization, movement group and an Independent Urban Entertainment Corporation based in Brooklyn New York, Heatrock's interest is rooted in the primary social development and economic advancement of the Urban (Hip-Hop) community. Heatrock aims to provide cultural enlightenment and opportunities via Entertainment; Music (Record Label, Publishing, Artist Management, Recording Studio/Production and distribution of musical audio and video recordings for broadcast), Television / Film Production (Actors, Writers, Voice-Over Artists, Producers & Directors, comedy, dramatic acts and spoken word), Marketing / Advertising (News letters, Site Blogs, Corporate sponsorship of events), and Apparel / Fashion (Models).

[edit] Founders / CEO's
The company Heatrock Ent, Inc. was co-founded in 2005 by Ricardo "Sky Dalimit" Pierre and Gregory "Dean Obanion" Faustin two of the best child hood Friends/Brothers and CEO's, when they decided to start their own label after fruitlessly searching for a major record deal for their group "HEATROCK" but with no prior sales or connections they were turned down numerous times. Fed up with all the rejections they both picked up a book and started reading and learning about the music business. From one book to another in months Ricardo "Sky Dalimit" Pierre and Gregory "Dean Obanion" Faustin had read many different books on the music industry such as our favorites "Change The Game (How To Start, Run, and Really Make Money With Your Own Independent Hip Hop Record Label) by walt F.J. Goodridge, Making and Marketing Music by Jodi Summers and it gave them many ideas. "we were learning all this stuff within these different books it almost seemed too easy for someone like us minorities to do this without a major record company".

Heatrock means if you are from the ghetto, the hot streets,where there's always HEAT cuase by crruption,gangs, violence, chaos, and you was raised from a hard Rock bottom life, facing many obstacles, struggles, trials, and tribulations and always making something out of nothing to survive, whether it's hustlin, grindin, putin'work hard lgally or illegaly you're a Heatrock.
And through out the whole world there's Heatrocks because what we face and go through in Haiti and in the U.S.A alot of people face and go through them daily, there are people dyin' and tryin' to make it through poverty, the ghetto streets, corruption and that's dealing with more & worst issues than us daily, so you see "the world is a Heatrock".

As the A&R/Artist and member of Heatrock South / Ceo Of Street Smoke Records and Leader of Urban Atlanta's Rap/Clique "The Flokk" You Can Say He's Got Alotta Work Ahead Of him. Origanlly Born in Houston,Texas may 8th, 1987 and relocated to michigan in his early child hood. Growing up around a family thats Rap and reggae oriantated music stayed around him, But it wasnt until his move in 1996 to Atlanta,Ga that got him so intrested of getting a piece of the action.

- Quarta Mill - Heatrock's own Quarta Mill and Splurge Gang Leader (formely M Blocc) grew up in Crown Heights, Brooklyn New York. He did what every other person did to survive on the streets make money, round up a crew, and keep to himself. Out of everybody he knew he was the quiet one in the group.
Quarta Mill wanted to become an actor at first until his mother wouldnt spend the money to start him off for the acting agency. He started rapping when he was 16 years old and started writing when he was 17 years old. After some ego's came to play and some fall outs with some of the dudes he used to rap and roll with, he step up his skills 200% percent more and then that's when he met Sky Dalimit, Co-CEO of Heatrock Ent, Inc. seeing how nice and hungry Quarta Mill was, Sky Dalimit said he would manage & put him on, and Sky Dalimit kept his word, and Quarta Mill been with Heatrock ever since, he is the youngest Heatrock member and it's time for him to burn.
He is also the Co CEO and one third of the treo and Leader of Splurge Gang (Quarta Mill, Leo, Biggman, J-Holla) member, Quarta mill and Leo currently just finished a mixtape entitled "World Premiere". They always hung out with the same people but never knew each other rapped until they went to the same college. Quarta Mill believes "Yea I make good music alone buti think i make better music as a team especially with Leo because we have different ideas on beats which keeps people interested".
His influences when he first started rapping wasn't a real rap artist it was his homeboy in class name Andre Price. Andre was the one that put the idea of becoming a rap artist in his head. He feels he is on top so he calls himself the "Prince of Brooklyn" and he has burn enough to earn, and called himself that because he made a name for himself and he gets the respect as a man and as a artist around the streets. Sky Dalimit Born Ricardo Pierre in Haiti Port-Au-Prince Feb. 20 came and raised in Flatbush Brooklyn New York at the age of seven. The Haitian Brooklyn R&B Street / HipHop Soul singin Sensation always had a musical career in mind. Although as a child, there were no voice or piano lessons, he always use to listen to Hip Hop and R&B/Soul, and the most people that had an impact on him was Biggie Smalls, Dr.Dre, Snoop Dogg, Jay-Z, Nas, Tupac, Fugees, but when it comes to R&B, Soul, it was all the greats from the 60's, 70's & defenitley Marvin Gaye & R. Kelly who and is still his biggest influence and his greatest Inspiration and mentor in life, because just like me Marvin Gaye was a troubled man that was battling alot of demons & things in his life, and just like most of us R.kelly came from the hood, the streets, lost his mom, face alot of trials and tribulations to get where he is, and is still facing them today, by having alot of people juding & casting stones at him, and that's why today i relate to R.kelly more than ever and his music because he has helped me through life. "R.kelly is the best who ever done it Today and in the years leading up it took people like him to break the barriers with what we could and could not do with music, by taking R&B & Soul to the next level. Growing up in the streets of flatbush Brooklyn New York he got into alot of troubles, beefs, dramas including gangs, been sent back to Haiti so he could change his life, and that's when he suffered the greatest depression of all when he found out that his Mother was dying of Cancer, and his mom told him to promise her when he goes back to NewYork he'll change his life around and do good forhimself and his sister,while watching his Mother pass away,hurting because he can't help his mother in any way,but to make a promise to her that he'll change his life.
But things change when he got back in N.Y.C he finds out u ain't nothin without a mother and especially when u have a father that doesn't give a damn about you and say you'll never be nothing, and most of the family members are all about themselves, except for one of his Aunt who took him in at 16 after his father moved to Miami leaving him homeless, so growing up without a mother and father who barely know he exist, not giving a damn about his life anymore he got into more troubles, cutting school, hanging out catching beefs, got kicked out his aunt house, so he start hustle and Grind to get by, but his experience with some so-called fake friends & the street life made him stronger, wiser and grew up fast so he decided to move to boston away from the crazy fast life and went to finish school and got his computer technician degree and business degree to prove to his father & family that he was and will always be more than some thing or some body,he is "Sky Dalimit".
But after all the pain and lifes struggle he encounterd Sky Dalimit finishes school and move back to brooklyn to persue and focus on his music career. Catching up with his old Brother / best friend Gregory "Gage" Faustin that helped him thru the years they formed HeatRock Entertainment Inc. So they can put out their own music and be their own bosses C.E.O.s.
While working on outside projects, he's constantly in the studio "Heatrock's Kitchen" cooking & working on his solo & group "Heatrock" albums. Sky Dalimit "R&B Street" always stay true & keeps it real, by being in the streets & constantly dropping, burning the mixtapes circuits, with heat singles like "R&B Wankstas", "Robin' Hotel", and Step In The name Of Thugs", His own twist on 50 Cents "Wanksta", Cassidy/R.kelly's "Hotel", and Step In The Name Of Love" - he got that recipe the streets been wanting to taste for so long. "Sky Dalimit wouldn't be (R& B Street) if he wasn't in the streets keeping it real, he would be a fraud, like those other R&B sweet, sugar coated pop tart figgaz", admit Sky Dalimit (R&B Street). That's why i'll always be in the street dropping mixtapes, albums, for the streets. "I am the street that sings R&B with HipHop Soul, that the streets can feel and relate too. Sky Dalimit inspirations come from his Mother, Sister, his brother,friend Greg,good friend Carmen Amara, life itself and formost from music industry legend such as R.Kelly,his biggest influence and his greatest Inspiration and mentor inlife. including Marvin Gaye,Biggie smalls,Tupac Nas, Jay-z, Jodeci, Arron Hall, Joe and all the legends that made it possible for us black folks to express our thoughts and feelings as a human being from the ghetto to the world tody.Sky Dalimit could talk forever about his musical inspirations and dreams. - Versatile - Heatrock's own Reggae/Dancehall artist memebr Versatile was Born in Jamaica came and raised on Flatbush Brooklyn New York, not just a talented reggae/dancehall artist but a leader not a follower, he has performed in many talent shows and every time he performs he leaves fans in awe, he has so much to give and influence with his music, his talent comes form the hardship from the ghetto hood streets of Jamaica and brooklyn new york's hard life.

- Aristo Demartin - Heatrock's own Aristo Demartin was born in Brooklyn, NY. Has always had his heart in hip hop. Despite his background of a Barbadian and Guyanese descent, with Soca and Reggae music playing through his home, he kept his ears tuned to Slick Rick, LL Cool J, Nice and Smooth, EPMD, Nas, Biggie, Jay-Z and many others.
Growing up in the Flatbush Junction area, he has seen many "soldiers" of the hood fall to the war on the streets. In the pursuit of much needed money he did what he had to do to get it. Although he knew of the consequences he ventured into the darkness.
Rhyming has always been his passion. There were many group projects that fell through. A solo route wasnt always his direction but with an abundant amount of verses and song ideas he took flight. Seeking his break into the music industry has been a rough trek. His heart is determined to spread his messages through music. With an attitude that he will make it keeps him going everyday. Constantly with his head in his rhyme book jotting down both socially conscious lyrics as well as vivid stories his mind musters, he seeks to be one of hip hops respected elite.
Aristo Demartin states that although my rhyme style has been compared to Wu-Tang alot. Im very influenced by Nas, Common, and Beanie Sigel gets me hyped and focused. I listen to a variety of music. From Alternative to Soul i can get with. Some say i sound like Nas, Rakim, Wu-tang.
