Helen Pappas was a minor fictional character of Greek Cypriot descent in the popular BBC soap opera EastEnders in February 2006.
Helen was the sister of Yanis Pappas, and aunt of Carly Wicks's husband, Nico. She was a professional businesswoman who attended a family liaison meeting with her family, Yanis, Nico, Anna, Chris and Peter, as well as Carly, Deano Wicks and Kevin Wicks, and she ended up pulling Carly's hair when the meeting turned into a fight.
