Henderson North, (or Lincoln as it's also referred to) is an area of Waitakere City. After the reorganisation of the New Zealand Local Governance in 1989, the area was transferred from Henderson Ward, to Massey Ward, resulting in the name change.
For Waitakere City, Henderson North is home to a relativly high number of private schools, namely Liston College, and Saint Dominic's College.
Henderson North is also home to the Waitakere Hospital, Waitakere City Council Chambers and West City.
