The Hephzibah Children's Association is a private non-profit agency in Oak Park, Illinois that cares for children and families. Services include: child welfare, foster care, short-term and long-term housing shelter and family support programs. It was founded as an orphanage in 1897. It is also a licensed adoption agency.[1]
In 2007, Hephzibah secured one of the nation’s top catering and event management companies, Blue Plate, as its premier corporate partner. Throughout the year, Blue Plate will support the organization’s mission by providing in-kind donations including sponsoring and hosting monthly activities with the children, holiday toy drives and parties, birthday celebrations and fundraising events.
Hephzibah is a partner agency of the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago.
