[edit] Filipino Americans or just Asian Americans?
If I could, I'd state that the population is made up mostly of Filipino Americans. Here's a link to back it up: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/chronicle/archive/2002/06/07/EB244236.DTL . However, considering I'd be naturally biased to include such information (I being raised in Hercules and Filipino), I'd ask the next person to put this in the article itself. - Go ahead and put it in the article, but be careful with your language. The city is not "mostly" Filipino (I also came of age there). At 27% of the population, they represent a plurality in terms of ethnic groups represented -- "mostly" would imply way over 50%. An alternative approach would be to split the Filipinos off from "other Asians" in the city's demographics (27%-42%) and then cite the article.--Dynaflow 00:25, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
