History of Ontario

Ontario was originally inhabited by natives. When the British came, it became Canada West. It had a war in 1812 and a rebellion in 1837. In 1840 it became part of the Province of Canada. In 1867 it became a province in the Dominion of Canada. It has become the most populated province in the country.
