Hong Kong International Airport Automated People Mover

Hong Kong International Airport Automated People Mover is a driverless people mover located within Hong Kong International Airport. It began operations in 1998 transporting arriving and departing passengers between the East Hall and the West Hall (further gates). It was later extended to Terminal 2, also known as SkyPlaza, in 2007.

Currently in construction, the Hong Kong SkyCity which will include Asia-World Expo, SkyPier, SkyPlaza (business centre and shopping arcade, a golf course, hotel, will require an extension of the APM from the airport.
