Huguette hoffmann

Huguette Hoffmann is a plastic artist born in Mexico City in 1974. She begins her studies taking a History of the Art diploma in the Instituto Cultural Helenico in 1995, later she enters to the National School of Painting, Sculpture and Engraving “La Esmeralda” in 1996, obtaining the Plastic Arts degree in 2001; at the same time she takes drawing and painting classes in the plastic artist Ingrid Fugellie’s workshop; she takes the Interactive Digital Design master degree in the Master Training school in Mexico, simultaneously she takes a tecniques and use of meterials workshop with Luis Nishizawa in the Nartional Center for the Arts.
She has collaborated in the Center for Cinematographic Training as an assistant in the drawing, plasticine sculpture and art direction for shortcuts. Likewise she has taken part in several exhibitions along the Mexican Republic and in Mexico City, in Cultural Centers and Art Galleries; besides the Royal College of Art, in London, England.
Nowadays she forms part of a group called “Las Diez, Arte en Movimiento” , a proyect that spreads the work of their members by means of domestic and international exhibitions and with the participation in altruistic activities
